USDOT allocates funds for quake-damaged roads, bridges in Napa Valley

California's Department of Transportation puts initial infrastructure damage estimates at $10 million after Sunday's earthquake, while local officials put total property damage at more than $1 billion. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx said that the USDOT will set aside $2 million in emergency assistance for initial repairs to damaged roads and bridges in the area.
