Filters doing the job, report finds

A report released earlier this month by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration found that filters on school computers are, for the most part, effectively protecting students from inappropriate material. Some critics of the study argued that rather than use filters, schools should instead teach students responsible research skills they can use on any PC.
