Water is beneficial to drink for many reasons, but weight loss isn't one of them, studies found. Low-fat hot chocolate sweetened with a sugar substitute is a low-calorie substitute for those looking for healthy beverages beyond water, while 16 ounces of nonfat milk contains only 172 calories.
