Health experts debate folic acid, colon cancer connection

Toronto gastroenterologist Dr. Young-In Kim says high doses of folic acid or high levels of folate could be harmful for people who have precancerous cells or undiagnosed colon cancer. Some studies have shown a folic acid-colon cancer link, but many experts say the research does not provide enough evidence to prove the case.
