Santa Barbara officials give vote of support for drilling

The Board of Supervisors for California's Santa Barbara County voted Tuesday night to support offshore drilling -- 40 years after 200,000 gallons of oil spilled from a rig into waters five miles off the coast. Since drilling is regulated at state and federal levels, the county vote is symbolic but could encourage state officials to reconsider their opposition to drilling.
