Coconut-water market might be ready to crack wide open

Coconut water, popular in Brazil, is gaining fans in the U.S., and companies including Zico and O.N.E. World Enterprises are among those launching major marketing pushes for it. "Coconut water is on the brink of becoming significant," said John Sicher, editor and publisher of Beverage Digest. The beverage is natural, relatively low in calories and contains potassium.
