Companies see opportunity in school-lunch reform

As the U.S. government works to improve school lunches, some companies and investors are introducing small projects that could translate into big business over time. Whole Foods Market, for example, has teamed with chef Ann Cooper to create an online guidebook for healthful lunches, while Revolution Foods, which delivers health-focused lunches in California, is expanding to more states.
