J.P. Morgan: Cable firms outperforming telecoms at bundling

In the second quarter, cable companies that sold triple-play bundles of video, voice and broadband averaged two services per bundled customer, compared with the big telecoms, which averaged 1.67, according to J.P. Morgan Securities. The company went on to say that it expects top cable providers "to take a larger share of valuable triple-play subscribers over time."
