Many retailers aren't catering to plus-size market

The potential market for plus-size clothing is increasing, but sales have dropped in the past year. One analyst's theory is that retailers are reluctant to court plus-size customers because they don't like the image it would project. Still, at least some -- including Macy's, J.C. Penney and Bloomingdale's -- are are seeking out such shoppers.
