Southwest, WestJet step up pace of code-share agreement

Southwest Airlines says its code-share deal with Canada's WestJet is back on the front burner, and Southwest aircraft could begin flying north of the border as soon as 2011. A Southwest spokeswoman refused to speculate on which Canadian cities might be on the airline's radar, but analyst Jacques Kavafian predicted that Vancouver and Calgary might be the first to see Southwest service.
