Black rice is rich in antioxidants, study says

Researchers said black rice is an inexpensive source of antioxidants that could be added to many foods. They found a spoonful of black rice contained more anthocyanin antioxidants than a spoonful of blueberries, as well as more fiber and vitamin E antioxidants and less sugar.
