Ford promotes TV integration with social media

The Ford Fiesta is being integrated into the upcoming season of "Vampire Diaries" on the CW, but the car itself won't get any screen time until October, so the automaker is kicking things off via an essay contest being promoted on Facebook and Twitter. The winning contestant gets a Ford Fiesta, with the announcement coming during the season premiere on Sept. 9.
