Indiana wellness triathon helps students succeed

More than 50 students participated in a wellness triathlon in Monticello, Ind., that included a 200-yard swim, 4.5-mile bike ride and a two-mile run. Triathlon director Theresa Traver said athletic events boost self-esteem and confidence and promote physical health, which helps students do better in school.
