South Carolina airport sees increase in LSA

Spartanburg Downtown Memorial Airport in Spartanburg, S.C., has seen an increase in the number of light sport aircraft. The majority of the 30 T-hangars at the airport are occupied by LSA. "A tank of gas in this plane will last longer than your bladder," said Darwin Simpson, airport manager.
