Physically fit patients in their 70s, 80s and even 90s continue to seek face-lifts, dermal fillers, blepharoplasties and other procedures in an effort to look as fit as they feel, South Florida plastic surgeons say. "The 80s are the new 60s," said plastic surgeon Shashi Kusuma. Plastic surgeons screen older patients closely to ensure they are physically fit for surgery and may limit the number of procedures performed in one session, Kusuma said.
