Apple is said to be in the final planning stages of an iPhone trade-in scheme that will begin next month, according to several websites, with one report saying the company has already begun pilot programs in some Apple stores. Reportedly, the program will allow customers to obtain credit toward a new iPhone by trading in an older iPhone model that Apple Store employees confirm is working and contains no liquid damage.
