It's estimated that in six months, Greek yogurt will account for half of U.S. yogurt sales and two companies, Chobani and Danone, are hard at work capturing that growth. Chobani is the market leader and Danone is working to include Greek yogurt into a growing range of products. "It's a two-horse race," said Joe Pawlak, vice president at Chicago food-industry researcher Technomic. "Chobani is the leader and Danone has the marketing muscle."
