Ill. mayor voices concern about Mo. levee proposal

Farmers in southeast Missouri are backing a proposed $165 million levee, saying it would protect their land. The project appears to have support at the federal level but has drawn criticism from environmentalists and Cairo, Ill., Mayor Tyrone Coleman, who says the structure would put his city at greater risk of flooding.
