A look inside the world's tallest slum

In the heart of Caracas, Venezuela, an unfinished skyscraper has long been inhabited by squatters, turning the 45-story building into the world's tallest slum. Motorbike taxis ferry inhabitants to their floors, and residents have worked together to create an electrical grid and an aqueduct system to provide running water.
