Medicare-eligible vets to see higher Tricare fees

Military retirees eligible for Medicare will have to pay more for some care received at Department of Veterans Affairs health facilities starting Oct. 1, according to Tricare. In a note to beneficiaries, Tricare said it had been overpaying the VA for care given to veterans for non-service-related conditions.
