NCA CEO: Current sugar program "can't survive forever"

Larry Graham, CEO of the NCA and chairman of the Coalition for Sugar Reform, told sugar growers the current system is vulnerable and "can't survive forever." While noting “we are not against the sugar growers or refiners,” he added, "I want the price to be where the market says it should be."
