Neb. governor recognizes employers for wellness program

Nebraska Gov. Dave Heineman recognized 50 employers in the state for their wellness programs while he defended his love for a McDonald's Big Mac, saying he can occasionally have one as long as he keeps up his exercise levels. Representatives from two of the companies honored said that encouraging employees to exercise, eat right and overcome poor habits boosts productivity and lowers health costs.
