Nursing home quality in urban vs rural settings

Are nursing homes in rural settings at risk of being rated lower quality than those in urban settings? Compared were 15,695 nursing homes in rural and nonrural settings to determine disparities that may exist in quality ratings. Rural nursing homes were not as likely as nonrural to be rated as 4-star or higher quality. (Free abstract only.)
