Seattle condo owners get $20 million to repair leaks

Residents in an upscale condo building in Seattle are bracing for several months of construction after minor and major leaks were discovered shortly after they moved in. The residential association reached a $20 million settlement with the tower's developers, and will begin repairs that are projected to take eight to 10 months.
