Urban farming could move beyond chickens in St. Louis

St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay is seeking to allow goats within city limits to help maintain the landscape, but some residents are hoping revised regulations would also allow goats to reside there, too. San Francisco and Portland, Ore., already allow goats, and the St. Louis mayor's office frequently receives inquiries about keeping goats within the city. Experts note that goats require specific types of care and fencing, and they should live in groups.
