Parents take different approaches to HPV vaccine

Now that the FDA has cleared a human papillomavirus vaccine for girls as young as nine, parents are facing a dilemma of how much to tell their daughters. Some choose to tell them only that it guards against cervical cancer, while others may want their daughters to understand it also guards against the HPV virus transmitted through sex.
