Pennsylvania releases bridge safety records

After a long tradition of keeping its bridge safety information private, Pennsylvania has released the information in the wake of the Minnesota bridge collapse. The state Department of Transportation records indicate that nearly a quarter of the state's bridges that are eight feet or longer are considered structurally deficient.
