Study: Prescription plan enrollment fair to people with special needs

A study of people seeking Medicare drug-plan benefits found that applicants with depression or learning disabilities did not experience more trouble with enrollment than other participants. The purpose of the study, conducted by researchers at the University of Michigan Medical School, was to establish if Medicare enrollment was fair to people with disabilities.
