How wildlife survives extreme weather is unclear

Scientists have yet to discover how wildlife survives severe weather because the technology to track animals through a storm has yet to be developed. But biologist Scott Shalaway offers his suggestions of how animals endure flooding, hail and high winds. Some animals, Shalaway suggests, can sense approaching inclement weather due to changes in the barometric pressure.
