Mobile pet clinic travels through Chicago neighborhoods

An organization in Chicago created a high-tech van that allows veterinarians to perform neuter and spray surgeries in low-income neighborhoods. The GusMobile van visits the neighborhoods every Sunday to perform the surgeries and provide vaccinations, which are provided free-of-cost for owners who receive Medicaid.
