AT&T focuses on emerging devices at Atlanta facility

AT&T has opened a Foundry facility in Atlanta to focus on connected cars and emerging devices and will make use of the company's U-verse and Digital Life platforms. The carrier's three other collaboration centers focus on general mobile development projects. Also at the carrier, AT&T will put the Nokia Lumia 925 on sale for $100 on Sept. 13 and will offer a black version of the slim, 4.5-inch Windows Phone handset that will also feature a 8.7-megapixel PureView camera.
