Burton's Biscuit Company seeks a buyer

Burton's Biscuit Company, which makes Jammie Dodgers, Wagon Wheels and Maryland chocolate chip cookies, is officially for sale following a review from Credit Suisse. The U.K. company, which employs more than 2,000, has been owned since 2009 by the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Apollo Global Management and Duke Street Capital.
