Demand-side ad platform launches in Germany

Germany has its first mobile demand-side platform in Splicky, a joint effort of mobile ad company Sponsormob and mobile marketing company Jaduda. Splicky's proprietary real-time ad technology offers "more intelligent weighting of data, such as time and location of actions and the type of device used, [which] opens up completely new possibilities for targeted ad delivery," Sponsormob's Jet Patel said.
