FASB to publish proposed 2014 GAAP taxonomy on Aug. 30

The Financial Accounting Standards Board will publish its proposed 2014 generally accepted accounting principles taxonomy Aug. 30. The taxonomy will include accounting standards updates from the past year and a revised calculation hierarchy. FASB will hold a webcast Sept. 10 to explain the changes.
