Global luxury brands fight fakes in India

Hermes has won an injunction to stop India's Da Milano from selling bags the French luxury house says are identical to its exclusive Birkin bags, a charge the Indian company is fighting. Counterfeit luxury goods are a growing problem in India, where the market for fakes is growing twice as fast as the market for genuine luxury goods, according to Diljeet Titus, founding partner at law firm Titus & Co.
