Ill. school district adopts digital math, science curricula

Students in grades 6 to 12 in the Roxana Community Unit School District in Illinois will be using a digital math and science curriculum this school year. Students have been issued iPads for use at school and home. "This is a tool for creation," Assistant Superintendent Steve Oertle said, adding that the devices are being used to prepare students for 21st-century careers.
