Philips HR chief: Look for "fanatical" employees

Philips hires workers who demonstrate passion, "whether it is entirely work-related or something they are fanatical about outside of work," says Dana Stocks, chief human resources officer at Philips. The company uses a survey to gather data about engagement and conducts formal performance reviews twice a year, he says.
