Plans for portion of Enbridge's $1.5B pipeline project in Ind. advances

Enbridge Energy Partners' plan to build the Indiana portion of a pipeline that will run between Canada and the U.S. has secured clearance from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The company is spending $1.5 billion on the project, which is expected to generate approximately 200 construction jobs in Indiana, said Jennifer Smith, a spokeswoman for Enbridge.
