Report: No such thing as an IPO window

Contrary to conventional wisdom that there are certain windows open for initial public offerings, a report finds that the window is, in fact, open 41 out of 52 weeks of the year on average, or 79% of the time. In the 11 weeks in which the report found the IPO market closed, either a national holiday occurred or it was the stretch of summer months.
