Survey: Generations X and Y want traditional, personalized service

Financial institutions that focus exclusively on technology to get the business of Generation X and Y investors could be making a big mistake, according to research by anthropologist Andrea Simon. Individuals between the ages of 35 and 50 want banks to give them personalized service and individualized money-management guidance, Simon says.
