U.S. home prices rose at a slower pace in June

Prices of single-family homes in the U.S. rose 0.9% in June, compared with May's 1% increase, according to Standard & Poor's/Case-Shiller Home Price Indices. That means home prices were 12.1% higher compared with June 2012.
