U.S. says it has evidence tying chemical attack to Syrian government

The U.S. government says it has intelligence reports that directly tie the recent chemical-weapons attack to the Syrian government and that evidence helps justify a military strike against Syria, write Karen DeYoung and Anne Gearan. The United Nations is asking the U.S. to wait until the UN chemical-weapons team has completed its investigation before taking military action.
