What's next for the suburbs?

The country's suburbs aren't going to disappear, but they must change to meet the needs and desires of the population, according to Leigh Gallagher, author of "The End of the Suburbs: Where the American Dream Is Moving." Gallagher contends that many people would rather live in "urban burbs," which are walkable communities "where it's possible to live in closer proximity to the things you need to do every day."
