YouTube is the top dog for both pre-purchase research and post-purchase reviews by everyday consumers, partially because there is no limit to what can be reviewed, writes Zefr co-founder Zach James. YouTube offers an immersive feeling and can show customers more direct information by allowing "potential buyers to live vicariously through the reviewer," he writes.
