Eli Lilly to help pay for Medicaid reform in Georgia

The firm is discussing funding a "patient-focused initiative" with Georgia officials who are seeking to curb average 14% annual increases in the program's cost. The governor's office said what amount the firm might contribute is still undecided, and Eli Lilly said it has company partnerships to assist Medicaid programs in 24 states to help manage patients' treatments.
