Study: Coffee offers a healthy jolt of antioxidants

While experts still stress moderation of coffee consumption, new research indicates that, in addition to giving the mind and body a nice boost, coffee contains a good dose of antioxidants as well. The study found coffee ranked above tea, bananas and other foods in the average amount of antioxidants consumed per day, which was about 1,299 milligrams.
