The U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council offers easy ideas for blueberry use, including combining the berries with thawed orange juice over vanilla yogurt or stirring blueberries into fruit-flavored gelatin to be refrigerated and cubed. Blueberries can also be used in sorbets, atop dessert dishes or as a warm jam.
