State to hold hearings for highway-improvement plan

New Hampshire will hold 33 public hearings to better gauge the public's concerns about the state's 10-Year Highway Improvement Plan. Transportation Commissioner Charles O'Leary predicts that a fair number of people will voice displeasure with the plan, as he contends that the state made too many promises and lacks the funding to keep them.
