EBay Bucks encourage bigger spending

Users enrolled in eBay's yearlong test of a customer loyalty program spent more time at the site and spent more money than those who weren't participating, the company says. Under the eBay Bucks program, which was made available to all customers recently, participating users receive eBay Bucks that can be used as credits toward future purchases.
