Stimulus funds target cockfighting, dogfighting in New Mexico

New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson has announced $150,000 in stimulus funds to help law enforcement officials crack down on dogfighting and cockfighting operations in the state. The governor also announced $100,000 in federal funding to fund efforts to manage the growing population of wild horses in the state's northern region.
